- Manage health & safety and statutory compliance checks, executing remedial works as needed.
- Coordinate with external contractors, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Candidate Profile:

- At least 3 years of relevant facilities experience in commercial settings.
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with building management systems and multi-building operations.
