The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the bakery's product development from conceptualisation to launch. This entails crafting new recipes, improving existing products, and ensuring all creations meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Skills & Experience:
- A degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field is highly desirable

- Strong understanding of baking processes, ingredients functionality, and food trends
- Proficiency in food safety regulations and quality assurance protocols
- Excellent project management skills to oversee products from ideation to shelf
