Key Responsibilities:

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience withing Food Manufacturing 
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar HR managerial role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions.
