Permanent Placements

This is direct hire service which provides highly qualified, pre-screened candidates for permanent employment. We meet and exceed the staffing needs of your company by acting as an extension of your recruiting efforts to find the right person for the right permanent position.

Contract Placements

Magenta International provides temporary personnel for contracts that range in length from a few weeks to several months or even years. Companies utilise temporary employees for many reasons, the most common are: short term need for a specific and hard to find skill set, maternity leave coverage, vacation coverage, and seasonal fluctuations.

We provide for these Staff the administrative support functions such as contracting, payroll, personnel management and others. 

Contract-to-hire Placements

Our temporary-to-hire business offer that is designed to alleviate the administrative burden of recruiting, evaluating, screening, and interviewing full-time employees. We provide highly skilled and pre-screened employees to our customers that may lead to full-time employment. It gives you the unique option to evaluate an employee onsite before making a final hiring decision—ensuring the new employee is a good fit with co-workers, company culture and day-to-day responsibilities.
And our 90-day evaluation period minimises all hiring risk. If an employee is not a good fit, we will find a replacement candidate at no charge or refund your replacement fee. We retain the employee on our payroll for 90 days while you evaluate his/her performance.
