Currently looking for that move into a Technical Manager role?
I’m working with a frozen patisserie manufacturer near Colchester with an excellent reputation and supplying to some well-known clients from a state of the art production facility search for their next addition to their management team.
The main goal will be to work closely with the existing team and to work closely with the Quality and Production Teams to make sure that all the internal auditing is completed and within schedule and act as the lead contact for BRC, IFS and any other audits that may take place.
You’ll also be managing the HACCP and ensuring it’s implemented to the strict guidelines in place and managing the finished product specifications including signing off artwork.
Coming from a Food Manufacturing background, ideally at a Technical or Quality Manager level at a BRC/IFS accredited High Care site, you’ll be qualified to Degree Level and hold Level 3 or equivalent in Food Safety and HACCP for Food Manufacturing and have experience in Food Safety auditing and product specifications.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with infrequent weekends and out-of-hours and the role offers a host of training and attractive salary package
