We’re working with a premium frozen patisserie manufacturer in their search to find a Technical Manager.
Based in their recently updated, state-of-the-art high-care production facility you’ll be heading up the Technical Department and responsible for:
The development & maintenance of the FSQMS (Food Safety & Quality Management System) in accordance with BRC, IFS and customer requirements.
Management of product specifications, including artwork sign off.
Managing the ingredient, packaging & equipment suppliers including supplier approval & specifications.
Being the lead contact for BRC, IFS, customer, 3rd party & any other technical audits on site.
Working side by side with the Quality Team to ensure that all internal auditing is carried out according to schedule.
We’re looking for a candidate from a similar background, qualified to Degree level and with experience in a BRC/IFS accredited “high care” business
