Job Description

A new position has become available, working for one of the top 10 companies, of its kind, in the world. A Technical Administrator is required on an initial 6 month contract to join their team and be responsible for assuring technical services and to verify the Food Safety Standards of the company.


Your main duties will include:


  • Maintaining the Company’s customer complaint system, logging in complaints and follow up investigations together with corrective action and closure. Feeding back information to the customer in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintaining the raw material specification system, ensuring that all raw material and third party product specs and HACCP are always on the system, updated, accurate and approved.

  • Maintaining the supplier approval system, ensuring that new suppliers are approved as per the company’s internal procedures and that current supplier questionnaires and third party certificates are always on file and within date.

  • Liaising with the New Product Development department and preparing new product specifications accurately and within given deadlines in the company’s or customer formats as required using our access database or word as required.

  • Maintaining the Finished product specification system, ensuring that all finished products are always on the system, updated, accurate and approved, managing product changes timely and liaising with customers to implement these changes as required.

  • Check certificates of Analysis/certificates of Conformance for Raw Materials (against delivery) sent by suppliers.
