Job Description

Working for a leading food-manufacturing business in London, my client is seeking to recruit two Supply Chain Coordinators.

Under the direction of the Logistics & Distribution Manager you will become part of a team dedicated to providing the customer base with a service level in excess of 98.5% annually.

You main purpose will be to manage the inbound and outbound stock movements of frozen finished goods within all associated warehouse platforms and updating the relevant system platform.

You will be responsible for order receipts, distribution, supply chain administration and raw material stock management.

Your normal working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.30, however flexibility will be key as during certain periods you may be required to work an alternative shift pattern consisting of 12 hour shifts (07:00am – 07:00pm and 07:00pm – 07:00am) and / or consisting of a 3 on 3 off rotating shift pattern to include weekends and Bank Holidays.

Suitable candidates will have a high level of analytical, communication, planning and organisational skills coupled with relevant stock control & distribution experience and be a proficient user of Microsoft office applications.
