**Role Overview:**
The Specification Technologist will be responsible for completing all customer specifications on the appropriate IT systems to the required standard and within the necessary timescales. This role is crucial in ensuring that the factory and its employees operate in line with Health and Safety requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Completing customer specifications for all products using the appropriate format or IT system.
- Managing the artwork approval process.
- Liaising with the Process Technologist to obtain accurate factory information.
- Coordinating with the Planning and Purchasing department to ensure raw material suppliers are correctly listed.
- Working with NPD teams to finalise product specifications for new products or redesigns.
- Assisting the Process Technologist in generating factory Specifications and QAS’s.
- Managing product files to ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Acting as the nominated site Technical representative at Retailer Routine Taste/Quality Panels.

**Essential Skills and Experience:**
- Proficiency in using Retailer Online Specification Systems, Oracle, and TQC.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
