Senior Team Manager (Nights)

Magenta are rather pleased with ourselves to take this fantastic role on today. Based in Hertfordshire we are looking for an experienced Senior Team Manager to work nights for this fresh produce provider.

Working Hours:              40 hours per week

Shift:                                 5/7 days on a rota basis

Core hours:                       20:00pm-05:00am

 Duties

  • To manage, develop and lead teams in the delivery of an operationally excellent warehouse in line with business requirements.
  • Comply with all company and legal standards including health & safety, hygiene, and environmental policies.
  • Lead and develop continuous improvement activity in your area of responsibility in the delivery of quality, value, safety, hygiene, environment, and customer service.
  • Measure and deliver teams KPIs to achieve the financial elements within the business plan.
  • Take ownership of department KPI’s, ensuring targets are fully met through the management and monitoring of team’s performance.
