**Role Overview:**
The Quantity Surveyor will be based in Suffolk, but will work across East Anglia, covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, and Bedfordshire. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with the Operations team to deliver projects that meet high standards of safety, time, quality, and cost.

- Apply a broad understanding of the construction industry to various projects.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Requirements:**
- Experience in the refurbishment/planned maintenance sectors.
- Sound financial knowledge of frameworks, Schedules of Rates, and Contracts.
- Degree qualification preferred.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check for successful candidates.
