Job Description


Our client is a specialist wholesale bakery located in Park Royal, North West London. They are currently looking to add an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to their existing Technical team. 


Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, as QA Manager you will play an integral part in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality, ensuring that every product not only meets but exceeds customer expectations.

This role is key to driving improved GMP Audits across the site.

Oversee the implementation and management of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) systems.
Conduct regular quality audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Lead and mentor a team dedicated to maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.
Collaborate with the Head of Technical to develop and refine quality protocols and procedures.
Serve as a key point of contact for quality-related customer queries and concerns.

Skills & Experience Required:
A proven track record in a Quality Management role within the food industry, preferably within a bakery setting.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in managing HACCP level 3 systems.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards excellence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills.
A commitment to continuous improvement and staying abreast of the latest food safety practices.

Familiarity with BRCGS standards, HACCP, Food Legislation, and Food Hygiene
