This specialist wholesale bakery in North West London is seeking a meticulous and passionate Quality Assurance Assistant to join their dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of product excellence and safety.

Reporting into the QA Manager you will be a key player in the bakery's success, youwill work alongside a dynamic production team whilst engaging with all the other support functions within the factory (Engineering, NPD etc)

- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with the production team to uphold food safety regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Participate in product development sessions, contributing to innovation

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably within the food industry
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., BRC,  HACCP)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
