Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and computer literate Project Administrator to join their dynamic team. The Project Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting their project management efforts, ensuring that all administrative aspects are handled efficiently and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience within Mechanical and Electrical environments would be beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
    • Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
    • Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project management team.
    • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
    • Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and team members.
  • Data Management:
    • Manage project-related data and maintain accurate records.
    • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and performance.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • General Duties:
    • Assist with the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
    • Support the team in resolving any administrative issues that arise.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar role.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
