Responsibilities:

  • Maintain payroll information by designing systems; managing the collection, calculation, and entering of data
  • Play a role in determining key incentive structures
  • Prepare weekly payroll reports by compiling all data required in a timely and detail orientated manner
  • Manage documentation for current and new hires including contracts, legal documentation and personal information
  • Work with an external payroll provider + with internal teams including strategy, people, operations and finance
  • Provide payroll information to employees by answering questions and requests
  • Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
  • Work closely with Operations teams to improve processes and exceed expected targets
  • Support on recruitment and employee engagement related initiatives
  • Support on important projects that benefit the wider business

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience, of at least 2 years, in a fast-paced, output-focused environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially Excel
