Job Description

This is a great position for someone who can multi-task with ease. As an office administrator / Sales support operative with our Client you’ll be expected to turn your hand to jobs such as:

• Stock control assistance
• Customer invoicing
• Customer and supplier liaison
• Basic report writing
• Post / inbox / telephony duties
• Diary management
• Filing duties

You will report to the Officer Manager and be expected to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and be fluent in English. Essential requirements you will need to possess are; good IT skills, excellent organisational, communicational and skills with strong attention to detail.

Further desirable qualities include:

• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Methodical and thorough approach to tasks
• Ability to prioritise
• A desire to show initiative
