Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated M&E Technical Compliance Surveyor/Project Manager/Engineer to join a dynamic technical team within an key organisation.

 

**Essential Skills & Experience:**

- M&E qualifications with a mechanical bias min (ONC/HNC level or equivalent).

- Proficiency in L8 water hygiene with a firm grasp of relevant legislation.

- Experience managing maintenance contractors across various M&E disciplines (e.g., EICR cyclical programmes, lifts, water hygiene, fire safety).

- Capability to manage small projects, maintenance programmes, and conduct thorough site surveys.

- Proven track record of resolving complaints and issues effectively.

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

- Demonstrable commercial knowledge and awareness.

- A stable work history, supported by excellent references, whether from permanent or freelance positions.

 

**Desirable Attributes:**

- A commercial background, with recent or current experience working for local authorities.

- Familiarity with compliance and database systems would be beneficial  (C365, Operance, Zetasafe, Lite IP, Civica CX), with a willingness to undertake necessary training.
