Our client, a leading multi-discipline specialist contractor, is currently seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Managers to join their dynamic team. Based in Guildford, this is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to high-quality, innovative solutions across healthcare, education, leisure, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• As an M&E Contracts Manager, you will develop and manage M&E programmes, including commissioning schedules.
• Oversee procurement scheduling, budget control, and supply chain management.
• Lead health and safety initiatives, ensuring full compliance with CDM Regulations.
• Plan and manage labour resources effectively.
• Produce detailed project reports and manage project costs.
• Provide strong leadership in managing M&E teams, ensuring quality control and conducting audits.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in M&E construction, project management, and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems (BMS, electrical, plumbing).
• Proven experience in programme and project management.
• Key UK certifications: SMSTS, CSCS Black Card (Manager Level – M&E), First Aid at Work.
