Helpdesk Administrator (Part Hybrid Working)

This role is integral to the smooth operation of the service department, providing a crucial first point of contact for clients regarding the maintenance, repair, and provision of building services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for clients regarding maintenance, repair, and provision of building services

  • Allocating work, planning, and scheduling engineer diaries

  • Preparing and issuing quotations

  • General administration tasks such as data entry and updating systems

  • Monitoring and updating outstanding jobs, creating, and updating site log books, and issuing purchase orders

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Numerical and literary accuracy

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to cope under pressure
