Current Projects:
- Fire strategy statements, primarily for blocks of flats.
- Active fire suppression consultancy.
- Design review involvement in a data centre development.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in fire design engineering, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
- Full understanding of current building regulations (Part B) and standards (e.g., BS EN 9999, 9991).
- Experience in client and wider team interactions, including attending meetings, answering queries, and contributing to design decisions.
- Flexible with calculation software experience, though Revit/CAD proficiency is preferred.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Chartered status (CEng) is highly desirable.
