**Skills and Experience Required:**

- **Commercial & Industrial Expertise:** The Electrical Estimator must have a robust background in commercial and industrial sectors, excluding commercial and residential experience.
- **Hands-On Experience:** Candidates should have practical experience on the tools, ensuring a deep understanding of the trade beyond theoretical knowledge.
- **D&B Estimating:** Proficiency in Design & Build estimating is essential for this role.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Experience with Amtech Pro Design and Auto CAD 2D is required. Familiarity with Revit, Dialux, or Relux is advantageous but not essential.
- **Computer Literacy:** Strong computer skills are necessary to manage various estimating software and tools.
