**Role Requirements:**

 

- Lead or participate in multidisciplinary building services design projects.

- Mentor junior engineers (if managing) and provide technical guidance.

- Collaborate across disciplines, adopting the integrated 1-Team approach.

- Tackle technical challenges and troubleshoot effectively.

- Stay abreast of advancements in building services technology and industry trends.

 

**Skills and Experience:**

 

- Accredited Building Services degree with substantial experience in a similar role.

- Progressing towards IEng or CEng with CIBSE, IET, or IMechE.

- Autonomous work ethic with minimal supervision required.

- Strong communication skills for articulating complex issues.

- Confidence to build and strengthen client relationships.

- Ambition and eagerness to learn with a diligent and organised approach.

- Proficiency in British Standards and relevant design guidance.

- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux/Relux, and more.
