Job Description

Our client is currently looking to add an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their London office.

 

The successful applicant:

  • Must know the NHBC warranty
  • Must know contra charge process
  • Must work well as part of a team
  • Clixifix defect logging system experience a bonus but if not no problem as training given.
  • Working hours 9am till 5:30pm Mon to Fri.
