Reporting to the Department Head, an opportunity for a Chef / Senior Chef de Partie (Pastry) has become available within this expanding premium foods manufacturer.
The ideal candidate will have full pastry experience gained within a variety of establishments.
Previous experience in a 5* star hotel or a luxury products food manufacturing background would be highly desirable.
The main purpose of the role is to assist the Department Head with the production of around 30 high quality pastry products on a daily basis, maintaining the quality without exception and meeting the dispatch delivery schedule.
Most working hours would be 7am - 4.30pm / Monday to Friday in busy periods you may need to stay on until 6pm
