Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, an opportunity for a Production Area Supervisor has become available to join a premium foods manufacturer to look after their cooking / preparation & bakery areas of the factory.

Our client require someone who understands and can follow recipe processes. Experience in high quality food preparation is a must along with Pastry Chef experience coupled with a good knowledge of chocolate works and bakery.

The candidate should be able to work under pressure and think on his / her feet. Organisations skills are essential, providing accurate information / updates for the daily production meeting and weekly report.

You will need to blend in within with the other members of the production leadership team and be able to support them.
