An opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company sourcing wines globally and bottling and supplying both wines and spirits to the UK retail trade is available as a Demand Management Administrator.
Recent restructuring of the business has resulted in the need to strengthen the Demand Management Department to maintain the high level of service required by their growing Customer base.
Some responsibilities will include:
Chase up confirmation receipts, collection dates and paperwork with suppliers and confirm dates with customers/hauliers
Expedite the orders where required liaising with suppliers, customers and hauliers
Chase hauliers for confirmation on deliveries
All associated queries with orders internal and external
Confirming PO’s and SO’s on receipt
