Job Description

Our client based in Norfolk are currently seeking a Pastry Chef to join their team in one of their hotel restaurants on a permanent basis.


Individual Purpose:

  • To ensure the Customer Experience consistently exceeds expectations

  • To a provide a food offering to the highest standards which consistently meets/exceeds with expectations of our guests

  • To ensure that the kitchen working environment and practices meets a 5 star hygiene rating



  • To assist the head chef in identifying opportunities to increase sales through customer service excellence

  • Plan and implement menus which reflect seasonality, provenance, innovation, sustainability
  • Ensure implementation and maintain highest standards in food hygiene practices and food working environment
  • To develop your product knowledge by active involvement in training and knowledge sharing 

  • Maintain stock levels
