To a provide a food offering to the highest standards which consistently meets/exceeds with expectations of our guests
To ensure that the kitchen working environment and practices meets a 5 star hygiene rating
- Plan and implement menus which reflect seasonality, provenance, innovation, sustainability
- Ensure implementation and maintain highest standards in food hygiene practices and food working environment
To develop your product knowledge by active involvement in training and knowledge sharing
Maintain stock levels
